  "Therapist of the Soul"

My Clients call me: The Therapist of the Soul, As a born Healer, I help form a healthy connection between the mind, body, and soul. It's been my goal to provide Integrative Therapy holistically to encourage healing and well-being on all levels.                                                                                        My method of working with clients is first through talk therapy, this helps to release old wounds that you’ve been holding on to forever and are afraid to say out loud. When we hold all of our thoughts and feelings inside we create dis-ease within our body and it manifests in many areas as discomfort. As we talk we can put pieces of the puzzle together to release you from what makes you uncomfortable. Sometimes we stay in uncomfortable situations because it’s comfortable, the real change is when you break through feeling stuck. Then I release you from old programming through Access consciousness “The Bars” to help the subconscious and conscious from fighting each other, unlocking new doors to take your power back! I use a combination of modalities such as sound therapy, reiki, and Bemer therapy to break through what no longer serves you.

Often when faced with grief, or a traumatic event, it's difficult to see a path forward. My goal is to help you pave a new path for yourself and heal from what has prevented you from moving forward in life, releasing your fears and heartaches. My goal is to help you remove old blocks, provide you with tools that will enrich your life, and empower you to be open to finding your self-worth, set up boundaries, be more resilient, unconditionally loving, and the truest, best version of yourself with endless possibilities.

Life has not always been easy for me, but it has always been my greatest teacher. With each experience, I've learned more about who I am, who I want to be, and how to navigate through the world with more resilience, compassion, and joy in my heart. There is no sugar-coated way to say this, I've been in recovery for 26 years. I am a survivor of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, financial difficulties, relationships, family, PTSD, ADHD, Grief, children with learning disabilities, alcoholism, eating disorders; and the list goes on.

I no longer wish to hide my past; instead, I yearn to share my stories and use the darkest part of my life as inspiration and motivation to help empower others.

At an early age, I recognized that I was both empathic and psychic. I admit I wasn’t sure what to do with those gifts being so young so they went onto the back burner so to speak. Years later I began my journey into the healing and spiritual realm although it was a circuitous one! I was in the medical field for nearly 20 years both as an EMT and a Cardiology Medical Assistant. There were many instances where my gifts played an integral part in both fields.

My initial introduction to Reiki was quite by chance back in 2011 when I was invited to attend a Reiki share. Although I had never done Reiki, I found that I was able to connect easily and effortlessly with each person and identify their emotional/ medical issues.

I decided to pursue both of these avenues and subsequently, over a period of years beginning in 2012, received level I,II, and III Reiki certifications including Reiki Master/Teacher level which was completed in 2015 following the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition.

My interest in Medical intuition and Spiritual counseling prompted me to attend the Psyche Institute for Higher Learning where I studied and received my certification in 2019.

It was an eye-opening experience to learn the correlation between where we hold our feelings/emotions in our body and how it affects us physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

My Psychic Medium abilities are naturally occurring. I’ve enjoyed reading for clients for well over 30 years both in person and distantly.

I incorporate several of the “clairs” when connecting and delivering messages from “the other side”. Messages/information relating to past, present, and future may also factor into your visit.

My intention and goals have always been about helping others whether it is in the medical or spiritual field. I value each person as an individual and am sensitive to the fact that we all have moments in our life’s journey when we need a little healing, compassion, help, and understanding.

My commitment and mission is to work with you to provide the best, well-rounded experience I can give you no matter which modality you choose.
