  "Therapist of the Soul"

My Clients call me: The Therapist of the Soul, As a born Healer, I help form a healthy connection between the mind, body, and soul. It's been my goal to provide Integrative Therapy holistically to encourage healing and well-being on all levels.                                                                                        My method of working with clients is first through talk therapy, this helps to release old wounds that you’ve been holding on to forever and are afraid to say out loud. When we hold all of our thoughts and feelings inside we create dis-ease within our body and it manifests in many areas as discomfort. As we talk we can put pieces of the puzzle together to release you from what makes you uncomfortable. Sometimes we stay in uncomfortable situations because it’s comfortable, the real change is when you break through feeling stuck. Then I release you from old programming through Access consciousness “The Bars” to help the subconscious and conscious from fighting each other, unlocking new doors to take your power back! I use a combination of modalities such as sound therapy, reiki, and Bemer therapy to break through what no longer serves you.

Often when faced with grief, or a traumatic event, it's difficult to see a path forward. My goal is to help you pave a new path for yourself and heal from what has prevented you from moving forward in life, releasing your fears and heartaches. My goal is to help you remove old blocks, provide you with tools that will enrich your life, and empower you to be open to finding your self-worth, set up boundaries, be more resilient, unconditionally loving, and the truest, best version of yourself with endless possibilities.

Life has not always been easy for me, but it has always been my greatest teacher. With each experience, I've learned more about who I am, who I want to be, and how to navigate through the world with more resilience, compassion, and joy in my heart. There is no sugar-coated way to say this, I've been in recovery for 26 years. I am a survivor of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, financial difficulties, relationships, family, PTSD, ADHD, Grief, children with learning disabilities, alcoholism, eating disorders; and the list goes on.

I no longer wish to hide my past; instead, I yearn to share my stories and use the darkest part of my life as inspiration and motivation to help empower others.
